1. Operator and legal details

MarketLedger is operated by Andrii Nazarov (sole proprietor), registered in Poland. “MarketLedger” is the commercial brand under which the services are provided.

2. Service description

MarketLedger provides analytics, reporting, and performance insights for Amazon sellers. The Service is designed to help users visualize and understand business metrics.

MarketLedger does not perform automated actions on seller accounts. Automation and AI-powered features are planned for future releases and are not currently available.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities that occur under your account. You may connect only Amazon seller accounts you are authorized to manage.

4. Subscriptions and payment

A new account starts with a free trial. After the trial the Service is provided on a paid subscription (monthly or yearly), at the prices on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Payments are processed by Stripe; prices are in US dollars and taxes are added where they apply. A subscription renews automatically until you cancel it in Settings › Billing; it then ends at the end of the paid period. A launch price stays with your subscription while it lasts.

Plans differ by the number of orders a month. Selling more than your plan includes does not stop the Service; we may ask you to move to the matching plan. Refunds follow the refund policy.

5. Unpaid and frozen accounts

If a payment fails, the dashboard is closed until it goes through; the data keeps syncing for 7 days. If a subscription ends without payment, or a trial ends without a plan, the account is frozen: nothing is synced, and the data is kept for 90 days (30 days if you never paid). After that the Amazon data is erased; your own product costs and expenses are kept for 24 months. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

6. Your data and Amazon

Your data stays yours. MarketLedger reads your Amazon data only with your authorization and only to provide the Service; you can disconnect at any time, after which it is erased within 7 days. Figures are calculated from what Amazon reports and may be estimates until Amazon settles them (marked with ≈); they are not tax or accounting advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. MarketLedger will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
