1. Operator and legal details

MarketLedger is operated by Andrii Nazarov (sole proprietor), registered in Poland. “MarketLedger” is the commercial brand under which the services are provided.

2. Service description

MarketLedger provides analytics, reporting, and performance insights for Amazon sellers. The Service is designed to help users visualize and understand business metrics.

MarketLedger does not perform automated actions on seller accounts. Automation and AI-powered features are planned for future releases and are not currently available.

3. Accounts and access

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activities that occur under your account.

Billing will be enabled at public launch. Until then, access may be limited.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. MarketLedger will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.

5. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland and applicable EU regulations, without regard to conflict of law principles.
